POLY-MOR Canada Inc.

Poly-mor Canada Inc. employs a cutting edge technology that allows us to lift and stabilize sunken concrete on grade of virtually any size and weight. Poly-mor Canada can also inject weak base soils to improve load bearing capacity of the sub-grade materials. Please call us for a free estimate and consultation.

Void Filling - POLY-MOR's process for void-filling employs an array of special high density expanding polymers which are injected through small 5/8” holes drilled directly through the concrete slab. As the resin mixture expands, voids are filled and a controlled mold pressure is exerted on a limited (8 to 10 foot diameter) area. The aggressive nature of our resins not only effectively fill voids under concrete slabs but also effectively under-seal the slabs and helps in preventing water infiltration. Our hydro-insensitive polymer resins work equally effectively in filling voids in wet sub-strates. The composite material quickly cures to a strong, stable and long-lasting replacement base material. Once our crew has completed their work and left the work area, the treated area is immediately ready for normal traffic use.

More Information

Engineers, contractors, property managers, cities and towns and individual home owners have called on POLY-MOR Canada over the past ten years and relied on their experience to solve these problems and restore their concrete with their polymer injection system.

More Information

Foundation / soil stabilization - POLY-MOR's process for stabilizing foundations or the base soils beneath foundations employs a special high density expanding polymer which is placed directly under the foundation or at depth in the problem soils. As the resin mixture expands, voids a filled under the structure and then a controlled mold pressure is exerted either directly under the structure or at depth. The increase in load bearing capacity is a direct function of the base soil make up and we strongly suggest a geo technical investigation be carried out to determine soil types for your location.

Slab Lifting - Our unique process for slab lifting employs an array of special high density expanding polymers which are injected through small 5/8" holes drilled directly through the concrete slab. Once the voids are filled a controlled lift will ensue to align differentially settled slabs or lift settled concrete panels. Typically, the only limiting factor to lifting settled concrete slabs is if the slab is a structural slab.

More Information

POLY-MOR Canada Inc. is a sales - service organization. In servicing the industrial, commercial, residential, municipal and institutional markets, the POLY-MOR method provides a cost effective solution to a vast array of challenges, including: void-filling and stabilizing concrete slab-on-grade panels; lifting and under-pinning settled concrete slab-on-grade structures; lifting and/or stabilizing base soils under settled concrete foundations; densifying base soils to improve load-bearing capacity. To affect these solutions, an array of strong, yet light-weight extremely fast setting, environmentally friendly structural expanding polymer resins are employed by trained and professional technicians. Common terms used for this type of work traditionally are Mud-jacking, slab jacking, pressure grouting and concrete lifting. POLY-MOR employs a fantastic new method which takes this process to a new level. Settled concrete, sunken slabs or even uneven concrete structures and foundations can now have a cost effective and clean solution provided.
